When Bio-Rad’s iSupply Software needed an update, it included an interface redesign and a new responsive environment. Previously, iSupply was hard to navigate and only available on the Supply Center kiosks. With the new redesign, customers got an intuitive interface, gained access to additional products thru bio-rad.com and the ability to login to their Supply Center from any device anywhere, anytime.

Originally we looked at the option of a stand-alone app for mobile devices. But after thorough research and exploration of use case scenarios, user personas, and current internal department practices, it was determined that a responsive approach would better meet the needs of the customer while being more efficient for the business.
